Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily attach a beaing to a flat sheet by making a hole in the flat sheet to prevent the contact of the sheet to the bearing inner ring and directly attaching the bearing outer ring to the sheet by laser welding.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing consisting of an outer ring 13a, inner ring 13b and rolling member 13c is placed on a thin sheet 18. A hole 19 which prevents the contact of the thin sheet with the inner ring 13b is made at the position facing the bearing 13 on the thin sheet 18. The outer ring 13a of the bearing 13 and the thin sheet are welded by laser beam 20 radiated rotatingly along the outer ring 13a from the lower side of the thin sheet 18 to make the bearing 13 and the thin sheet 18 integral.
