CONSTITUTION:When an inverting body 1 tumbles in earthquake, the inverting body 1 drags a connecting member 18 to pull down a lever 16 through a lever 17 and a pin 23 and pivot counterclockwise a stopper plate 3. At the same time a stopper pin 20 is released to release a holding plate 26. Upon releasing the holding plate 26 is moved upward a rod 10 by urging force of a spring 14 to close a connecting hole C with a valve 11 with a packing.
