Abstract

For this purpose, a corona charger 2 having a masking plate 204 which is freely opened and closed is set opposite to an aperture part 203 of a shielding plate of the charger 2 along with a circuit that supplies the high voltage to the charger 2 plus a driving circuit which opens and closes the plate 204 via an indicator 44.
