CONSTITUTION:When a program execution mode is selected with a changeover switch 6a, an input and output CPU2 fetches the input data of an input circuit 4 to an internal RAM2b, and the output data stored in the RAM2b is transferred to an output circuit 5. On the other hand, an operating CPU1 fetches an input data stored in a data exchange area EXC of the common RAM3 to an internal RAM1b, and as to the input and output data stored in the RAM1b, the user program stored in a user program area USP of the RAM3 is sequentially read in and the operation is executed, and the output data of the result is transferred to the area EXC of the RAM3. When a program forming mode is selected with the changeover switch 6a, the data of the RAM3 is read in or written in with the input from an operation panel 6.
