Abstract

PURPOSE:To display simultaneously vote data and a race situation and to improve the service for users, by displaying vote data on a display device before a prescribed time and sending vote data and image pickup signals, which are read out successively from plural storage parts, to the display device after the prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:Vote data processed by a processing device 5 is converted to a character display signal by a character generator 6, and this signal is stored in a display memory 7 and is sent to a display control part 12 through a contact (E) of a switch S2 and is dispalyed on a display region F2 of a display part 10. A start signal (a) is generated by the processing device 5 simultaneously with or just before the race start, and a scanning circuit 4 starts scanning in order of contacts (A)-(D) in a prescribed speed by this signal (a), and the race situation accumulated in a memory 3 is read out and is applied to a display control part 11 through the contact (E) of a switch S1, and the race situation is displayed on a dipslay region F1 of the display part 10. Vote data and the race situation are displayed simultaneously on the display part after a prescribed time, thus improving the service for users.
