Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a naturally enlarged picture, by correcting a time axis of a video signal corresponding to each TV receiver, enlarging the corrected video signal corresponding to the number of sets of receivers, and over-scanning the enlarged video signal to the boundary of adjacent video receivers. CONSTITUTION:An input signal fp is applied to an A/D converter 11 and a timing circuit 12, and a digital signal from the converter 11 is applied to a luminance, chrominance signal Y/C separation circuit 13, where the signal is separated into the luminance and chrominance signals Y, C with a timing signal from the circuit 12. The signals Y and C are stored in MXM sets of storage sections 1411-14MM corresponding to the respective TV receivers, and the time axis of the stored signal is corrected with the control of the circuit 12. The corrected video signal is controlled with the timing of the circuit 12 at enlargement operation sections 1511-15MM so that the video signal is over-scanned to the boundary of the adjacent receiver, and the video signal is applied to each receiver via D/A converters 1611-16MM, allowing to obtain a naturally enlarged picture.
