Abstract
PURPOSE: To generate electricity by turning a turbine through utilization of a spring water in a mountainous area.
CONSTITUTION: An area in a mountain where a spring water is obtained is bored and a suction part 2 of a siphon pipe is inserted into a spring water spot W. In addition, a compressed air pipe 3 for pumping up a spring water is provided along with the suction part 2 and the lower end of the pipe 3 is housed in a filtration cage 4. Also a comprssor j is installed on the upper part of the pipe 3. The afore-mentioned suction part 2 is connected to a water channel pipe 7 at a summit which supplies water to a hydraulic turbine 6 directly linked to a power generator 5 installed below. Thus a turbine is rotated by a water pressure head from the water channel pipe 7, generating electricity.
