Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable accurate signal conversion, by comparing the analog signal with a signal delaying this, in a device converting analog signal into a rectangular signal. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal is input to a comparator 7 via an input buffer 5 and delay circuit 6. The comparator 7 produces an output signal S2 which inverts every time an analog signal S1 and a delay signal S3 cross each other. If a drift is caused to the signal S1, since the same drift is produced to the signal S3, no pulse missing due to the drift can be avoided.
