Abstract
PURPOSE:To omit special blocking diodes and to simplify the manufacture and constitution by connecting screened solar cells in reverse polarity and in series to the solar cell group formed by connecting a plurality of solar cells. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell group is constituted by connecting solar cells 6 constituted by P-N junction elements in series or in parallel by using linking metals 9. To said solar cell group, is connected a solar cell 6 ( the same cell as the cells 6 constituting said solar cell group), whose light receiving surface is covered by a screening cover 10, in reverse polarity by a linking metal 11. The solar cell 6 connected in reverse polarity acts as a blocking diode. Since all the elements (the cells 6) are identical when they are installed in a substrate 3, the working becomes easy.
