Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare soft and palatable ices such as ice cream, sherbet, popsicle, etc., having excellent taste and flavor of ripened alcoholic drink, and resistant to be frozen to a hard solid by adding an alcoholic water to ices, and storing the ices in a sealed container.
