Further, the video signal of the camera 16 is taken out to the outside of the reel 5 via a cable 17, slip ring 18 and a brush 19 and introduced to a monitor 14 by a cable 13. Thus, even if the reel 5 turns, an optical picture whose vertical direction is constant is obtained on the image pickup plane of the camera 16.
