Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the effect of the turning of a cable reel for a video, by turning a television camera main body through synchronizing with the cable reel, so that the video transmitted to the television camera can not be turned by the turning of the cable reel. CONSTITUTION:An end 4b of an image guide 4 is optically coupled to an image pickup plane of a television camera 16 fixed inside a cable reel 5, and a reflection light of objective to be monitored is image-formed to a tip 4a of the guide 4 by a lens 15 inside the moving body 1. Further, the video signal of the camera 16 is taken out to the outside of the reel 5 via a cable 17, slip ring 18 and a brush 19 and introduced to a monitor 14 by a cable 13. Thus, even if the reel 5 turns, an optical picture whose vertical direction is constant is obtained on the image pickup plane of the camera 16.
