Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to fry a food, e.g. ice cream, meltable by heat with various tastes and facilitate the storage of the fried food, by introducing the food into a piece of bread.
CONSTITUTION: A piece of bread is filled with an ice cream in the center thereof, and coated with an egg and wheat flour or bread crumb and fried. The bread is seasoned by coating the inside thereof with chocolate or jam before the introduction of the ice cream.
