Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare a powdery seasoning composition useful for applying to meat roasted with an oven or an oven toaster, by mixing powdered "miso", sugar, and powdered soy sauce.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of powdered "miso", (B) 50W90 parts of a sugar such as saccharose, glucose, inverted sugar, etc. (C) 50W70 parts of powdered soy sauce, (D) 15W45 parts of α-starch such as corn starch, wheat flour, etc., (E) 10W30 parts of a seasoning, (F) 5W30 parts of spice, and (G) 3W15 parts of an acidifier.
