Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an effect of leak current, by connecting two switching circuits one of which is off while the other is on to each input terminal and then connecting one of these two circuits to an output terminal with the other one grounded respectively. CONSTITUTION:A multiplexeer 1 incorporates a number of switching element groups in which two switching elements such as MOSFET4a and 5a are set into a pair. When the MOSFET4a connected to an input terminal 2a is turned on, other MOSFET4b-4n are turned off. At the same time, the MOSFET5a is turned off, and the MOSFET5b-5n connected to other input terminals are turned on. Thus only the photocurrent of a photodiode 3a is supplied to an arithmetic amplifier 9.
