Abstract

The agent inhibiting the electron transport is, e.g., antimycin A1, n- heptylhydroxyquinoline-N-oxide, sodium azide or sodium sulfide. The cultivation is conduced in a general-purpose culture medium under usual conditions and the coenzyme Q10 produced is separated and purified by usual methods.
