Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a long sized light receiving surface and reduce the size of a photoelectric converter by forming an array photoelectric converter, storage means, transfer means and a signal processor formed of transistor array on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric converting element 502, a storage capacitor 503, photoelectric converting output transfer thin film transistor 504, thin film transistor array 505 and matrix wire 506 are formed on a long sized glass substrate 501, and a photoelectric converter is thus formed. After the output of the element 502 is stored in the capacitor 503, it is sequentially transferred by the thin film transistor 504.
