Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a decentralized and centralized hydrid control system for a line concentration stage, by managing with one control part in each module by exercising centralized control by normal control parts includes in other modules if one control part runs into trouble at the line concentration state of a digital switchboard. CONSTITUTION:In normal operation, control-line selecting circuit 13 selects control information from control part 12 in module 10 to exercise decentralized control. If control part 2 of module 0 is diabled to operate, the distribution stage side sends a control-line selection signal to control-line selecting circuit 3 via highway 5 and signal inserting-extracting circuit 4 so that circuit 3 will select the control information from control part 12, and consequently line-concentration channels 1 and 11 are brought under the centralized control of control part 12.
