Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the strip line filter with good performance, by providing the full surface electrode with one major surface of a dielectric substance board and a plurality of electrodes of 1/2 wavelength with another major surface in parallel, and drawing out external lead-out electrode from the first and final stage of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A full surface electrode 3 is provided for one major surface of a dielectric substance board 1, and resonance electrodes 5a-5e which are of open type of both ends, resonant to 1/2 wavelength and located in parallel, are provided on another main surface 4. The input electrode 7a is connected to the electrode 5a and the output power 7b is to the output electrode 5e. The pass band is determined with distances D1-D4 between resonance electrodes, and the position of the electrodes 7a, 7b, that is, the distance A from an imaginary line 6 tying the current distribution maximum points of the resonance electrodes and the width B of the electrodes 7a, 7b, is determined to a prescribed range relating to external Q, and the lengths F, G of the electrodes 7a, 7b and the width E of the resonance electrodes are a prescribed given value in advance, and the length L is determined in response to the degree of frequency change due to the effect between input and output terminals. Thus, the Q of the resonance system can be increased and the ripple characteristics in the pass band can be improved.
