の構造の改良に関する。

これらの図において、絶縁板(誘電体板)2の両
面(表裏面)には、帯状の結合電極部3と該結合
電極部中間より延長した接続用舌片部4とから成
る銀、銅等のT字形電極ET1乃至ET4が厚膜法に
より交互に形成されている。そして、各T字形電
極ET1乃至ET4の結合電極部3の端部は相互に対
向して静電容量を構成するようになつている。さ
らに、絶縁板2の端部には、入力用電極Ein及び
出力用電極Eoが厚膜技術により形成され、入力
用電極EinはT字形電極ET1の結合電極部3の一
端に対向し、出力用電極EoはT字形電極ET4
結合電極部3の一端に対向して、各々静電容量を
構成している。そして、各T字形電極ET1乃至
ET4の接続用舌片部4に誘電体共振器RN1乃至
RN4が所定長の接続線路を介しはんだ付け、ろ
う付け等で接続される。ここで、誘電体共振器
RN1乃至RN4は、円筒状誘電体5の外周面と内
周面と下端面とに銀、銅等の電極6を形成し、上
端面のみ誘電体面が露出していて、λ/4(λ:
波長)共振器を構成するものである。

(考案の効果) 以上説明したように、本考案の誘電体フイルタ

ンデンサを構成しているので、各T字形電極にお
ける結合電極部の幅を大きく設定する必要がな
く、絶縁板を小型化できる。また、T字形電極の
接続用舌片部の先端に最短距離で誘電体共振器を
接続でき、接続線路によるインダクタンスの影響
が小さくなり、特性向上及び特性の安定化を図る
ことができ、しかも静電容量を構成する結合電極
部の端部から離れた点に接続線路を接続するの
で、接続した際の容量ずれがなくなる。また、厚
膜技術等により各電極の形状、位置を正確に形成
することによつて、電極のトリミングを不要にで
き、均一特性のものを大量生産することができ
る。さらに、各電極の絶縁板を介して対向する部
分は平等電界に近くなるから、損失を少なく、耐
圧を大きくすることができ、フイルタとしての特
性を改善することができる。
