PURPOSE:To make ease of handling with a simple construction, by connecting the first full surface electrode on one major surface of the dielectric substance board, second full surface electrode to another major surface, and by connecting one of the resonance electrode to one end and another to the external lead-out electrode. CONSTITUTION:The full surface electrode 3 is provided to one major surface 2 of the dielectric substance board, and the full surface electrode 5 is provided at the side surface 4 in connection to this electrode 3, and the electrode 5 is laid on another surface 6 of the board 1. Further, the external lead-out electrodes 10a, 10b are respectively led out from the resonance electrodes 10a, 10b. When the interval A between one end of the electrode 9a connected to the lead-out terminal 8 and the electrode 10a is greater, the external Q is samller, and as the width B of the electrode 10a is narrower, the external Q is greater.
