Abstract
PURPOSE: Stevioside is combined with black tea by a specific method to give cups of black tea with the highest taste and freeness from care of taking sugar to excess only by pouring cold or hot water to the leaves.
CONSTITUTION: Stevioside is combined with bulking agents as galactose, dextrin, etc., and powdered lemon juice and the mixture is made into a powder or granules. Then, the product is mixed with black tea leaves or the mixture is dissolved in water and the solution is sprayed to black tea leaves, then dried, thus giving black tea leaves containing lemon.
