Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide high-grade lacquered pattern with three dimensional feeling, substrates such as wooden plate, plywood, plastic, etc. are processed by undercoat formation, screen printing, grinding work, and the application of transparent protective coating layer.
CONSTITUTION: A substrate 1 such as wooden plate, plywood, plastics, etc. is applied with black enamel undercoat of unsaturated polyester resin to form undercoat layer 2. The undercoat layer 2 is patterned by applying printing ink (epoxy resin, brass powder) to form printed pattern 3. The corners 3a of the printed pattern 3 are worked by gringing to form rounded corners 3b, on the total area of which nonwax type unsaturated polyester clear lacquer is applied to form transparent protective layer 4.
