Abstract
PURPOSE: To mark an electronic part, by using an ink having improved bond strength comprising a solution of an inorganic pigment and an organic resin in a solvent, and a silane coupling agent.
CONSTITUTION: An inorganic pigment, e.g. metal powder, and an organic resin, e.g. phenolic resin, are dissolved in a solvent, and 0.1W1 wt.% of a silane coupling agent is added to the solution. For example, a surface to be printed is coated with the coupling agent, marked with the ink, and dried at 160°C for 1 hr. The method is applicable to both organic and inorganic articles effectively.
