Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the production of flares and ghosts by applying a light absorbing or light diffusing means to the annular portions between the forward path and backward path of light in the optical path element in which the light contributing to imaging through the lens system reciprocates. CONSTITUTION:The annular portions shown by the symbols 4, 5 of the 1st lens L1 of the lens system and the annular portions shown by the symbols 6, 7 of the 2nd lens L2 are made to rough surfaces and further black coating is applied on these portions. Since this causes harmful light to be diffused or absorbed, its arrival at the film plane is obviated and the production of flares and ghosts eliminated. The similar object may be achieved even by forming concave grooves in annular form to the rough surface portions of the annular portions 4-7 and putting black coating therein.
