Abstract

PURPOSE: To move plate thickness from the tooth face to the angle part and form the tooth profile of high accuracy by swiftly ironing the tooth face in the final forming when forming the tooth profile to the rim part of the rotating part for transmission which comprises pressing a plate material.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet of plate material is blanked and drawn with its plate surface as a reference to form a cylindrical part 1 and a flange part 2. Next, with the cylindrical part 1 as a reference, it is deep drawn integrally with a reinforcing rib 4 in such a manner that the plate thickness of the corner becomes thicker than a bearing part 3.
