Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the accurate photoelectric conversion over a wide temperature range by measuring only the pure optical signal component contained in the output signal of the solid state pickup element. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of the solid state pickup element which scans the subject image is applied to video amplifier circuit 53 to be converted into the video signal. High pass filter 56 prevent the temperature drift of circuit 53 from being propagated to the rear step. The size of the dark signal component contained in the video signal is memorized via sample holding circuit 57, and the output signal VSH of circuit 57 is supplied to low pass filter 58. Output voltage VDS of filter 58 is applied to non-inverse amplifier circuit 59. And emitter follower circuit 60 functions as the impedance converter circuit which drives A/D converter 61 featuring the low input impedance of about 50 via video signal VSB.
