Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively activate the function of a wiper, by operating it intermittently at a preset period until the vehicle speed is below a certain level and also operating in intermittently at a period proportionate to the speed which is above the level.
CONSTITUTION: The output of a reference voltage generating circuit 4 is added to a driving circuit 6 through a voltage comparator 5 while the vehicle speed is below a preset level, and an intermittent wiper relay 7 is activated by a reference voltage from the generating circuit 4. When the speed exceeds the level, the voltage from a tachogenerator 1 is added to the driving circuit 6 through a rectifying circuit 2, voltage amplifier 3 and voltage comparator 5, and the intermittent wiper relay 7 is activated at a period proportionate to the speed.
