Abstract
PURPOSE: To convey with proper stop of conveying tool units at settled positions by constituting such that a conveying tool unit is separated from the group of these units, it makes connection by being moved to its initial end part in order to be used for conveying a treated material again.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyor is made up by conveying tool units 11 adapted to carry thereon materials to be treated, a feed mechanism 14 to adapted to intermittently advance and convey a rail 12 which supports plural pieces of these units 11 connected in a longitudinal line and a group 13 of the conveying tool units, a moving mechanism 15a like elevating mechanism which for example, receives the unit 11 at the trailing end of the longitudinally connected units which have been fed by a mechanism 14, a conveyor member 17 which, after the mechanism 15a has moved down, moves following retrogression of the mechanism 14 and moves the unit 11 to a receiving mechanism 16, and a moving mechanism 15b which receives the unit 11 located at the trailing end of the receiving mechanism 16 and connects it to the forward end of a group 13 of the units 13, thus stopping a conveying tool unit at a preset position and then conveying it to a predetermined position.
