Abstract
PURPOSE: To continuously remove laver chips in waste water being flowed under an incontinent condition by forming the removing device in such a manner that a feed pipe for waste water containing laver and a netty cage washing pipe are disposed to a cylindrical netty cage sideways while rotating and laver filtered, which is collected at the bottom, is discharged.
CONSTITUTION: The device is revolved by means of a motor 5, the both ends of a cylindrical netty cage 1 slightly tilting sideways are inserted between an outer frame 17a and an inner frame 17b and spot-welded, and the device is constituted by a feed pipe 13 for waste water containing laver chips, a pump 6 for washing the netty cage from an outer surface, a washing pipe 10, etc. near locations where the cage downward rotates. The waste water containing laver chips is continuously supplied from the pipe 13, the quantity of the waste water fed and the speed of revolution of the netty cage 1 are adjusted, and laver chips filtered are collected only near the bottom of the cage, move in the lateral direction, and are discharged from an opening portion 32. When the said two devices are combined in a pair and used, the devices are further effective.
