PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the transmission band of transmission signal and to make effective use of the balance cable in existence, the transmitting digital signal pulse on some lines separating in timing. CONSTITUTION:In the switch circuit 2, and in synchronizing with the clock of the digital signal pulse train 1 from the clock generation circuit 3, the input side is sequentially selected to n pairs of balance cables 41-4n every one clock mechanically and electronically.
