Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain easily a composite piezoelectric ceramic plate by connecting the block of a piezoelectric ceramic polarized in the direction perpendicular to the surface to the block of a dielectric via an adhesive layer and by cutting them in the direction perpendicular to the surface.
