Abstract
PURPOSE: A device capable of changing a flow system from one vessel to a plural different systems smoothly and automatically.
CONSTITUTION: A water level detector 1, water level regulators 2,3, regulating valves 4,5, outer setters 6,7 and electromagnetic valves 8,9 are arranged to a drain tank 12, and flow controls of high and low two systems are effected by means of them. When a drain pump 13 starts, the electromagnets valves 8,9 become unexcited, and the water level determination of the regulator 2 is effected by the setter 6 and the water level determination of the regulator 3 is effected by the setter 7. Owing to this, the water level setting of the regulator becomes lower, and the water level regulation is effected by the regulator 2 and the regulating valve 4 during the drain pump is in operation, and the regulator 3 and the regulating valve 5 become to backups. When the setting may be changed over at the stopping time of the start of the drain pump 13, signal conduction is delayed because that throttle valves 10,11 are installed there, thereby generation of regulating turbulence is prevented.
