Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a presumption of a reactor core condition, by computing an output distribution on the basis of process volume taken out of a nuclear reactor and by finding an iodine and xenon distribution from the output distribution following given dynamic characteristic equation.
CONSTITUTION: An output distrubution is periodically computed by an output distribution computer 2 on the basis of process volumes of pressure, temperature, flow etc. which are taken out of a nuclear reactor 1. The output distribution is unidimentionized in the flow direction of a cooling material by means of an output distribution unidimention device 3. Then a xenon and iodine density distribution is computed by a xenon density distribution computer 4 following an equation (1) according to a physical model, and is indicated at an indicator 6. The distribution data is written in a memory device 5, and is used for the next computing. And thus, a subsequent xenon density change can be estimated, and a precision of the reactor core condition and the physical model can be improved.
