Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable easy adjustment for distribution of flowing air volume by providing with common side duct for the passage of air to be sent for side grill and defrost nozzle and equipping with a defrost door at branch portion for defrost nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A defrost nozzle 20 is equipped at halfway of a side duct 14 at branch portion where drivers can reach it. Thereby air entered from a duct 4 may be blown out through the defrost nozzle after it is passed through an air mixing chamber and distributed by a face door by turning the defrost door 19 till the position designated by broken lines. Further, it is possible to set the defrost door 19 at an intermediate position and either equalize the volume of air blown out through the right and left side grills or increase the air volume blown out through either one compared with the volume through the other one.
