Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁であって、弁ケーシングと、弁座と協働する運 動可能な弁閉鎖部材とを備えており、前記弁座が弁座体に形成されていて下流へ 向かって流出口内に移行している形式のものにおいて、 薄板から成る弁座体(16)が、深絞りにより生ぜしめられるポット形状を 有していて、かつ弁座体底部(19)と弁座体環状縁(20)とを備えており、 弁座(24)が、弁座体底部(19)の、弁座体環状縁(20)に面した側の上 方の底部面(21)に形成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関のための燃料 噴射弁。 2.弁座体底部(19)の、弁座体(16)の弁座体環状縁(20)とは逆の側 の下方の底部面(31)に、流出口(25)によって覆われる少なくとも1つの 噴口(39)を備えた噴口板(34)が当接しており、かつ当該底部面に溶接さ れている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。 3.弁閉鎖体(7)が、弁座体環状縁(20)の環状縁端面(26)に当接した 案内板(15)の案内孔(14)を貫通して突出している、請求項1又は2記載 の燃料噴射弁。 4.支持リング(49)が、弁ケーシング(1)に設 けた縁曲げ部(55)により弁ケーシング(1)内に保持されており、かつ、弁 座体(16)が弁座体環状縁(20)で弁ケーシング縁(45)に圧着されるよ うに、前記支持リング(49)が噴口板(34)に係合している、請求項2記載 の燃料噴射弁。
