Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リチウムイオン電池であって、遷移金属、非水電解液を有するリチウム含有 カルコゲン混合物を含む正電極と、セパレータ絶縁された炭素含有負電極とを有 するリチウムイオン電池において、電池は、リチウム金属又はリチウム合金を、 電極から物理的に分離された形式で含み、前記リチウム金属又はリチウム合金は 、電極のメインリード用の接続部を有しており、及び、電解液を介しての、前記 電極用のイオン接続部を有していることを特徴とするリチウムイオン電池。 2.リチウム合金内に含まれているリチウム金属又はリチウムの量は、電池内で 理論的にサイクリングすることができるリチウムの20〜50%に相応する請求 項1記載のリチウムイオン電池。 3.リチウム金属又はリチウム合金は、電池内にディスク又はフィルムとして含 まれている請求項1及び/又は2記載のリチウムイオン電池。 4.リチウムディスク又はフィルムは、複数の電極又はロール型電池を含むリチ ウムイオン電池。 5.LixMnyOz,LixCoO2又はLixNiO2は、リチウムを含むカルコ ゲン混合物として使用される請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のリチウム イオン電池。 6.カーボン含有量>99.5%を有するカーボン材料及び層化構造は、負電極 用の活性材料(カーボンを含む)として使用されており、前記カーボン材料は、 0.5〜20m2/gのBET特定表面領域及び0.335〜0.339nmの 層分離部d002を有している請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のリチウム イオン電池。 7.充電されていない電極とリチウム金属又はリチウム合金は、電池に装着され ており、それから、該電池は、電解液で充填されてシールされる請求項1から6 までのいずれか1項記載のリチウムイオン電池の製造方法。 8.電池は、最初に充電される以前10日迄に吸蔵される請求項7記載のリチウ ムイオン電池。 9.電極は、吸蔵時間サイクルの間、短絡接続されており、その結果、両電極は 、電気的にリチウム金属又はリチウム合金に接続されている請求項7又は8記載 のリチウムイオン電池。
