Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.互いに対して相対的に可動である、固定(1、3、4;23、24;14-19;29-3 1、34;37、39、40、41)と可動(5、7;26、27;21、22;35;41、44、45;46- 49)と呼ばれる二つの部分であって、一方ではこの相対的可動性をそれらに付与 し、他方では骨の接合効果を得るためにそれらの相対的並進を阻止しすることを 可能にするのに適した組み合わせ手段(2;15;25;32;38)、(10-13;57-61 )を備えた二つの部分とから成る埋込可能な骨接合装置であって、 固定部分が細長い要素(1;14;23;29-31;37)を有し、 可動部分が細長い要素に沿って摺動するのに適したスリーブ(6)を形成する 本体(5;22;26;35;39;46、47)を有し、 また組み合わせ手段が、それぞれ固定または可動部分の一方の中に組み込まれ 、他の部分の上に配置された、接合効果を得ることを可能にするのに適した移動 方向だけに沿って前記部分の相対的移動を許し、他の移動方向に沿ってこれらの 固定および可動部分の並進をロックするのに適した対になった単一方向ロック手 段(2;15;25;32;38)、(10-13;57-61)を有する装置において、 単一方向ロック手段が固定部分の細長い要素(1;14;23;29-31;37)の上に 配置された平行な複数個の溝(2;15;25;32;38)と、弾性手段(13;60)と 組み合わされ、自動ロックを保証する楔効果を得るように前記本体に対して歯止 めシステムが揺動することを可能にするのに適した遊びで細長い要素の溝(2;1 5;25;32;38)内に嵌入しにくるのに適した非対称の歯(12;58)を有する、 可動部分の本体(5;22;26;35;39;46,47)内に組み込まれた歯止めシステ ム(10-13;57-61)を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 2.請求項1に記載の骨接合装置において、 非対称歯(12;58)がラチェット止め柱脚(10;57)の、上面と呼ばれる、面 の一つ(11)に対して突出して延長し、移動方向に沿って可動部分の移動を可能 にするのに適した傾いた前面(12a)と、前記可動部分の並進阻止の反対側の前 面(12b)を備え、非対称歯(12;58)の傾斜面(12a)に近いラチェット止め柱 脚 (10;57)の上面(11)の部分(11a)が前記非対称歯の阻止面(12b)に隣接す る前記上面の部分(11b)に対して下面内に延長している: ことを特徴とする装置。 3.請求項1または2のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 可動部分の本体(5;22;26;35;39;46,47)が歯止めシステム(10-13;57 -61)を嵌入させるのに適したスリーブ(6)内に放射状に開口している嵌入部( 9;56)を備えている: ことを特徴とする装置。 4.請求項3に記載の装置において、 可動部分の本体(5;22;26;35;39;46,47)が、歯止めシステムの嵌入部 (9;56)を、前記スリーブに対して外面の反対側に形成するように、前記本体 の外面の一つから出発してスリーブ(6)に対して横断方向に配置されたボア(8 )が穿孔されている: ことを特徴とする装置。 5.請求項3または4のいずれか一つによる骨接合装置において、 ・可動部分の本体(54)が歯止め装置(57-61)の嵌入部(56)の底内に開口す るように、前記本体の外面の一つから出発してスリーブに対して横断方向に配置 されたボア(55)を穿孔され、前記のボアは前記嵌入部の断面よりも小さな断面 を有し、 ・歯止めシステムが、非対称歯(58)の反対側に、ボア(55)内に延長し、可動 部分の本体(54)の外に開口するのに適した寸法の軸(59)を有し、前記軸が、 その開口端に、それをそれ自体の上で旋回させるのに適した操作手段(61)を備 えている: ことを特徴とする装置。 6.前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 ・固定部分は直線のロッド(1)から成る細長い要素と、直線のロッド(1)の 両端の一方と一体の本体(3)と前記本体の伸長部の中に延長し骨と協同するの に適した鈎の形状を有する連結装置(4)を備えた連結手段とから成る、 ・可動部分は前記可動部分の本体(5)の伸長部の中に延長し、鈎と平行に延長 す るために配置された固定部分の鈎と同様な鈎の形の連結装置(7)を備えている : ことを特徴とする装置。 7.請求項6に記載の骨接合装置において、 直線ロッド(1)が長手方向に少なくとも一つの平坦な面を有し、前記直線ロ ッドの断面と対になった断面を備えた可動部分の本体(5)の中に配置されたス リーブを(6)有する: ことを特徴とする装置。 8.請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 ・固定部分が骨と協同するのに適した180度のエルボ(24)を形成するように両 端の一方に向って曲げられた直線状の硬質の薄板で構成された細長い要素(23) を有し、 ・可動部分が前記可動部分の本体(26)によって担持され、固定部分の硬質薄板 (23)のそれと対になった180度のエルボを形成する曲線の硬質薄板から成り、 それに対して平行に延長するように配置された連結装置(27)を有し、前記エル ボが固定部分の細長い要素(23)の長手方向の軸に対して側面方向にずらされて いる: ことを特徴とする装置。 9.請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 ・固定部分が尖端の形状の端(14a)を備え、前記端の近傍に環状の溝(16)を 有する円筒状のピン(14)とから成る細長い要素と、ピン(14)の環状の溝(16 )に嵌入しに来るのに適した横断方向の喉部(19)を有する本体(18)を備えた 爪(17)の形を有する連結装置を備え、 ・可動部分が前記可動部分の本体(22)の伸長部の中に延長し、爪と平行に延長 するために配置された固定部分のそれと同様な爪の形の連結装置(21)を備えて いる: ことを特徴とする装置。 10.請求項9に記載の骨接合装置において、 固定部分の爪(17)の本体(18)の横断方向の喉部(19)はピンの環状の溝( 16)に隣接するピン(14)の尖端の形の端(14a)に部分的に被さるのに適した 断面の座ぐり加工部(20)を長手方向に備えている: ことを特徴とする装置。 11.請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 ・固定部分が端区分の一方(30)がネジ(34)の頭を嵌入させるのに適した孔を 有し、他方の端区分(29)がロック手段(32)を備えている、二つの端区分の長 手方向の軸に対して傾いた中央区分(31)によって接続された平行な直線状の二 つの端区分(29、30)を備えた硬質薄板(28)から成る細長い要素を備え、 ・可動部分が骨の中に貫通するのに適した少なくとも一つの連結装置(35)を備 えている: ことを特徴とする装置。 12.請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 ・固定部分が直線ロッド(37)で構成される細長い要素と、多角形の断面の軸( 40)によって延長された前記細長い要素の上に取付けられた本体(39)を有する 連結手段と、本体(39)の軸(40)のそれと対になった多角形の断面の窓(43) が開けられた頭部(42)を備えたシラミネジ(41)から成る連結装置を備え、 ・可動部分が固定部分の連結手段の軸(40)に対して平行に、前記可動部分の本 体(44)の伸長部の中に延長している多角形断面の軸(45)を有する連結手段と 、前記軸のそれと対になった多角形断面の窓(43)が開けられた頭部(42)を備 えたシラミネジ(41)から成る連結装置を備えている: ことを特徴とする装置。 13.請求項12に記載の骨接合装置において、 ・直線のロッド(37)から成る細長い要素と、多角形の断面の軸(40)によって 伸長された、後者の両端の一方に向って、前記細長い要素の上に取付けられた本 体(39)を有する連結手段と、本体(39)の軸(40)のそれと対になった多角形 の断面の窓(43)が開けられた頭部(42)を備えたシラミネジ(41)から成る連 結装置をそれぞれ備えた二つの固定部分から成る固定ユニットと、 ・長手方向に部分的にずらされて前記細長い要素が平行に延長するのに適した、 連結手段(39-41)を担持する端と反対側の要素の区分に直角な固定ユニットの 細長い要素(37)の連結の中間可動ユニットであって、それぞれの細長い要素( 3 7)の上に取付けられた可動部分(46、47)と、一方では、前記可動部分の本体 (46、47)を接続し、細長い要素(37)に対して直交方向に延長している多角形 断面の軸と、他方では、前記軸のそれと対になった多角形の断面の喉部(51)と 上部に外ネジ(52)を有する頭部(50)を備えたシラミネジ(49)と、前記頭部 の上部にねじ込まれるのに適したキャップ(53)とから成る連結装置を有する中 間可動ユニット: とから成ることを特徴とする装置。 14.骨接続装置において、 平行に配置された、請求項12による二つの骨接続装置と、二つの骨接続装置の 細長い要素(37)を接続し、これらの装置とフレームを形成するように配置され た請求項7または9のいずれか一つによる骨接続装置を組合わせて具備することを 特徴とする装置。 15.請求項の12から14のいずれか一つに記載の骨接合装置において、 それぞれの固定部分の連結手段(39-41)の本体(39)が、対応する細長い要 素(37)に対して唯一の移動方向にそれを移動可能にするのに適した単一方向ロ ック手段(10-13;57-61)を備えている: ことを特徴とする装置。
