Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.管腔内プロテーゼと共に使用するための管腔内プロテーゼ配置デバイスであ って、 a)基端部および先端部を有する外側シースと; b)基端部および先端部を有するとともに、前記外側シース内をスライド可能 に配置された内側プランジャと; c)前記内側プランジャの先端側に配置されたものであって、プロテーゼの基 端部と係合し得るとともに、前記外側シースの前記先端部内に前記プロテーゼを 引き込み得るプロテーゼグリップ手段と; を具備することを特徴とする管腔内プロテーゼ配置デバイス。 2.前記プロテーゼグリップ手段が、ソフトで引裂耐性を有するバルブを備えて いることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。 3.前記バルブが、実質的に円錐台形状先端であることを特徴とする請求項2記 載のデバイス。 4.前記バルブの前記先端は、前記外側シースの内径と実質的に同じ外径を有し ていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のデバイス。 5.前記外径は、前記シースの前記内径と比較して、0.005”だけ大きい寸 法と、0.002”だけ小さい寸法と、の間の寸法とされていることを特徴とす る請求項4記載のデバイス。 6.前記グリップ手段の前記先端は、前記プランジャの前記先端部から0.1” 〜0.25の位置にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。 7.さらに、 d)前記外側シースおよび前記内側プランジャの一方に連結されるとともに、 前記プランジャの前記シース内でのスライドを自在に阻止し得るロック手段を具 備していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。 8.前記ロック手段は、Oリング、および、流体用ポートを備え、 前記流体用ポートは、前記シースと前記プランジャとの間の環状空間に対して 流体的に連通可能であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のデバイス。 9.さらに、 d)基端部および先端部を有するとともに、前記内側プランジャ内においてス ライド可能に配置された内側カテーテルと; e)前記内側カテーテルの前記先端部に取り付けられた拡径用チップと; を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。 10.さらに、 f)前記内側プランジャおよび前記内側カテーテルの一方に連結されるととも に、前記内側カテーテルの前記プランジャ内でのスライドを自在に阻止し得るロ ック手段を具備していることを特徴とする請求項9記載のデバイス。 11.前記ロック手段は、Oリング、および、流体用ポートを備え、 前記流体用ポートは、前記カテーテルと前記プランジャとの間の環状空間に対 して流体的に連通可能であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のデバイス。 12.さらに、 g)前記カテーテルの前記基端部に連結されるとともに、リュアコネクタを備 えたカテーテルハブを具備していることを特徴とする請求項10記載のデバイス 。 13.管腔内プロテーゼと共に使用するための管腔内プロテーゼ配置デバイスで あって、 a)基端部および先端部を有する外側シースと; b)基端部および先端部を有するとともに、前記外側シース内をスライド可能 に配置されたプランジャと; c)基端部および先端部を有するとともに、前記プランジャ内をスライド可能 に配置された内側カテーテルと; d)前記内側カテーテルの前記先端部内に取り付けられた拡径用チップと; を具備することを特徴とする管腔内プロテーゼ配置デバイス。 14.さらに、 e)前記内側プランジャおよび前記内側カテーテルの一方に連結されるととも に、前記内側カテーテルの前記プランジャ内でのスライドを自在に阻止し得るロ ック手段を具備していることを特徴とする請求項13記載のデバイス。 15.前記ロック手段ば、Oリング、および、流体用ポートを備え、 前記流体用ポートは、前記カテーテルと前記プランジャとの間の環状空間に対 して流体的に連通可能であることを特徴とする請求項14記載のデバイス。 16.さらに、 e)前記カテーテルの前記基端部に連結されるとともに、リュアコネクタを備 えたカテーテルハブを具備していることを特徴とする請求項13記載のデバイス 。
