Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特にディーゼル機関用の一体の冷却通路付きピストンの製法であって、該ピ ストンが、ピストンヘッドのピストンリング帯域の高さで環状に周方向に延びる 閉じられた冷却通路、並びに、ピストンリング帯域とボックス状のピストンスカ ートとの間に設けられた環状の切欠きを備えており、ピストンスカートが、ピス トンヘッドに懸架されたピストンボスに連結されている形式のものにおいて、 ピストン素材(1)を鍛造プロセスで製作し、 環状の切欠き(7)を切削加工により設け、 下向きに開いた冷却通路(8)を切削加工により設け、 ボス孔(9)を設けかつピストン(6)の外郭を仕上げ加工し、 下向きに開いた冷却通路(8)をカバーリング(10)によって閉鎖するこ とを特徴とする、一体の冷却通路付きピストンの製法。 2.環状の切欠き(7)の軸方向高さを、少なくとも冷却通路の軸方向高さに等 しくすることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製法。 3.カバーリング(10)を二部分から構成することを特徴とする、請求項1又 は2記載の製法。 4.冷却通路(8)を製作するために、フック状の旋 削工具を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の 製法。 5.ピストン材料として、鍛造可能な耐熱性の鋼を使用することを特徴とする、 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の製法。 6.ピストン材料として、鍛造可能なAL・合金を使用することを特徴とする、 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の製法。
