Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.インフラ機器および複数の通信ユニットを含む通信システム(100)にお いて、前記複数の通信ユニットのうちの通信ユニットによる優先通信をサポート するために、前記インフラ機器が複数の共通通信資源(127,128)のうち 少なくとも一部を割り当てる方法(300)であって: a)前記通信ユニットが優先呼を発呼したいことを判定する段階(303); b)前記インフラ機器の第1基地局において前記複数の共通通信資源のうち第 1共通通信資源をリザーブして、第1リザーブ済み通信資源とする段階(307 );および c)前記優先呼の発呼時に、前記第1リザーブ済み通信資源を前記通信ユニッ トに割り当てる段階(309); によって構成されることを特徴とする方法。 2.d)次の優先呼が期待されているかどうかを判定する段階(323);およ び e)次の優先呼が期待されていない場合に、以前リザーブされた通信資源が前 記複数の通信ユニットに対して利用可能となるように、前記第1基地局における 前記複数の共通通信資源にリザーブ済み通信資源を返却する段階(325); をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の方法。 3.段階(d)は: d1)最後の優先呼の発呼からの時間の長さを調べる段階:および d2)前記時間の長さが閾値を超えないときに、次の優先呼が期待されていな いことを判断する段階; からなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.段階(a)は、前記通信ユニットが優先呼を発呼したいことを判定(303 )した時点で、少なくとも前記優先呼に備えて少なくとも一つの共通通信資源を リザーブする動作状態に入る段階(309)をさらに含んで構成されることを特 徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 5.段階(b)は: b1)前記第1基地局において共通通信資源が利用可能かどうかを判定する段 階(305);および b2)前記共通通信資源が利用可能なときに、前記通信ユニットのために前記 共通通信資源をリザーブして、前記第1リザーブ済み通信資源とする段階(30 7); からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.段階(b)は: b1)前記インフラ機器の第2基地局において、前記通信ユニットのために第 2通信資源をリザーブして、第2リザーブ済み通信資源とする段階(319); をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の方法。 7.段階(b1)は: b1a)所定の長さの時間だけ前記第2基地局において前記第2共通通信資源 をリザーブして、前記第2リザーブ済み通信資源とする段階;および b1b)前記第2リザーブ済み通信資源が前記複数の通信ユニットに対して利 用可能となるように、前記所定の長さの時間の終了時に、前記第2基地局におけ る前記複数の共通通信資源に前記第2リザーブ済み通信資源を返却する段階; からなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.インフラ機器および複数の通信ユニットを含む通信システム(100)にお いて、前記複数の通信ユニットの少なくとも一部による優先通信をサポートする ために、前記インフラ機器が複数の共通通信資源(127,188)のうち少な くとも一部を割り当てる方法であって: a)複数の優先呼を発呼したい通信ユニットのグループのうち第1通信ユニッ トによって送信される所定のコードを受信する段階; b)前記インフラ機器の第1基地局において、前記複数の共通通信資源のうち 所定の数をリザーブして、複数のリザーブ済み通信資源とする段階(307); c)前記複数の優先呼のうちの優先呼の発呼時に、前記複数のリザーブ済み通 信資源のうちのリザーブ済み通信資 源を、前記通信ユニットのグループのうちの通信ユニットに割り当てる段階(3 09); d)前記通信ユニットのグループから次の優先呼が期待されているかどうかを 判定する段階(323);および e)次の優先呼が期待されていない場合に、前記複数のリザーブ済み通信資源 が前記複数の通信ユニットに対して利用可能となるように、前記複数のリザーブ 済み通信資源を前記第1基地局における前記複数の共通通信資源に返却する段階 (325); によって構成されることを特徴とする方法。 9.複数の通信ユニット(112)を含む通信システム(100)において、前 記複数の通信ユニットのうちの通信ユニットによる優先通信をサポートするため に、複数の共通通信資源のうちの少なくとも一部を割り当てる装置(118)で あって: 前記通信ユニットが優先呼を発呼したいことを自動的に判定する手段(201 ); 自動的に判定する前記手段(201)に結合され、前記複数の共通通信資源の うち第1共通通信資源をリザーブ(203)して、第1リザーブ済み通信資源と する手段;および リザーブする前記手段(205)に結合され、前記優先呼の発呼時に、前記第 1リザーブ済み通信資源を前記通信ユニットに割り当てる手段; によって構成されることを特徴とする装置。 10.リザーブする前記手段に結合され、次の優先呼が期待されているかどうか を判定(201)する手段;および 判定する前記手段およびリザーブする前記手段に結合され、次の優先呼が期待 されていない場合に、以前にリザーブされた通信資源が前記複数の通信ユニット に対して利用可能となるように、リザーブされた通信資源を前記複数の共通通信 資源に返却する(203)手段; をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
