Abstract
Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]本発明は頭髪化粧料に関し、更に
詳しくは殺菌、抗菌作用を有する化合物と特定の物質と
を配合してなるふけ防止頭髪化粧料に関する。
[従来の技術]一般に、ふけは皮脂線の分泌物・汗腺の
分泌物・表皮層の剥離物等からなり、通常は皮脂線等の
分泌昂進により発生するが、皮膚に細菌や酵母が感染す
ると、ふけの発生は病的に助長されるといわれている。
このため、従来から抗菌剤を添加した頭髪化粧料がふけ
防止のために使用されてきた。たとえば、ふけ防止用薬
剤として最も効果が認められているものとして従来から
ジンクピリチオン(以下ZPTという)が用いられてい
るが、この物質も抗菌剤の範疇に属するものであること
は周知である。しかしながら、これら抗菌剤、殺菌剤は
安全性に問題があるものもあり、大量に使用することは
できるだけ避けることが好ましいと考えられている。
[発明が解決しようとする問題点]そこで本発明は、抗
菌剤、殺菌剤の使用量が少なくて済み、安全性に優れ、
ふけ防止効果の高い頭髪化粧料を提供することを目的と
する。
[問題点を解決するための手段]本発明者らは、上記し
たような事情に鑑み、安全性に優れ、しかもZPTやそ
の他の殺菌・抗菌剤のふけ防止効果を更に向上せしめた
頭髪化粧料を開発することを目的として鋭意研究を重ね
た結果、殺菌・抗菌剤と特定物質とを併用した場合に、
ふけ防止作用を著しく高め、しかも両者の使用濃度を減
少させることを見出した。そして、殺菌・抗菌剤の特定
量と特定の物質の特定量との組み合わせにより、ふけ防
止効果が飛躍的に向上し、安全性についても改善できる
ことを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、
本発明は、エチルアルコールを除く殺菌、抗菌作用を有
する化合物の1種又は2種以上を合計で頭髪化粧料全量
に対して0.0001〜0.5重量%と、下記の群から
選ばれた物質を有効成分として1種又は2種以上を合計
量で頭髪化粧料全量に対して0.005〜1.0重量%
とを配合することを特徴とする頭髪化粧料を提供する。

以下、本発明の構成について述べる。本発明で殺菌、抗
菌作用を有する化合物と併用する物質は、
(1)レシチン
(2)アスコルビン酸
(3)エリソルビン酸
(4)グアヤク脂
(5)ノルジヒドログアイヤレチック酸
(6)没食子酸プロピル
(7)アスコルビン酸の塩
(8)エリソルビン酸の塩
(9)ノルジヒドログアイヤレチック酸の塩
である。アスコルビン酸、エリソルビン酸あるいはノル
ジヒドログアイヤレチック酸の各塩としては、ナトリウ
ム塩、カリウム塩等が挙げられる。これらの中から1種
又は2種以上が適宜選択され、配合される。上記物質の
配合量は、合計量で頭髪化粧料全量に対して0.005
〜10重量%である。本発明で用いる殺菌、抗菌作用を
有する化合物としては、ジンクピリチオン、トリクロロ
カルバニリド、トリクロサン、サリチル酸、安息香酸ナ
トリウム、ヒノキチオール、感光素、ハロカルバン、グ
ルコン酸クロルヘキシジン、塩化ベンザルコニウムが挙
げられる。これらの中から1種又は2種以上が適宜選択
され、配合される。上記殺菌・抗菌作用を有する化合物
の配合量は、合計量で頭髪化粧料全量に対して0.00
01〜0.5重量%である。本発明の化粧料には、上記
した必須成分の他に配合される通常の成分、例えば油
分、紫外線吸収剤、界面活性剤、防腐剤、保湿剤、香
料、水、アルコール、増粘剤、色剤、等を必要に応じて
適宜配合することができる。本発明の頭髪化粧料とは、
頭皮ないし頭髪に使用するものを広く指し、例えばヘア
トニック、ヘアリキッド(液体洗髪料)、頭皮用乳液、
ヘアクリーム、ヘアシャンプー、ヘアリンス、ヘアスプ
レー等が含まれる。本発明の頭髪化粧料は低刺激で感作
性もほとんどなく、従って長期連続使用も可能である。
[実施例]次に、実施例及び比較例を挙げて本発明を更
に詳細に説明する。本発明はこれにより限定されるもの
ではない。配合量は重量%である。
実施例1〜6・比較例1〜3
各種前記特定殺菌・抗菌剤と特定物質とをヘアトニック
に配合し、ふけ防止効果を測定した。表1の処方に基づ
き、常法によってヘアトニックを製造し、ふけ防止効果
を測定した。
(ふけ防止効果測定法)対象者として22〜50才で、
ふけの比較的多い男性を60名選びテストを行った。試
験開始前に薬剤の無添加のシャンプーで洗髪し、同じく
薬剤無添加のヘアトニックで整髪を行わせ、洗髪後2日
間に累積したふけを、週に2回1ヶ月間採取し、採取し
たふけ中の蛋白質量を測定した(コントロール期)。つ
いでパネルを3名ずつ20群に分け、薬剤無添加のシャ
ンプーと各種前記表示物質及び、殺菌・抗菌剤を添加し
たヘアトニックを、1ヶ月間使用させた。コントロール
期と同様に週に2回、洗髪後2日間に累積したふけを採
取し、蛋白質量を測定した(試料期)。ヘアトニックは
毎日1回使用することとし、コントロール期の平均ふけ
蛋白質量と試料期の平均ふけ蛋白質量とを比較し、ふけ
の減少率が

とランク付けした。この結果を表1に示した。この結
果、各実施例においてはいずれもふけを有意に防止する
ことが認められた。
実施例7
エチルアルコール55gにポリオキシエチレン(8モ
ル)オレイルアルコールエーテル2g及びトリクロサン
0.5g、および香料を適量加え、室温下に溶解させて
アルコール相を得た。別に精製水37.3gにグリセリ
ン5g及びアスコルビン酸0.2gを加え加温溶解させ
た。この水相部にアルコール相を加えて可溶化し、冷却
後、色素を適量加えてふけ防止効果のあるヘアトニック
を得た。
実施例8
精製水78.6gに、ラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミ
ン15g、ジンクピリチオン0.5g、ヤシ油脂肪酸モ
ノエタノールアマイド5g、ジブチルヒドロキシトルエ
ン0.8g、グアヤク脂0.1g及び色素、香料を各適
当量添加し加熱混合後、冷却し、ふけ防止効果のあるヘ
