Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.活性成分を封入するための方法であって: a)少なくともポンプ可能な状態にまで熱軟化せしめた固形マトリックス成形 用材料の中に前記活性成分を分散又は溶解させることによって封入組成物を調製 する; b)急冷用液体の槽を用意する、ここでこの急冷用液体は前記活性成分及び前 記固形マトリックス成形用材料と実質的に非反応性であり、そして前記急冷用液 体はこの固形マトリックス成形用材料にとっては弱い溶媒であり、ここでこの槽 の少なくとも一部は前記固形マトリックス成形用材料の凝固温度よりも低い温度 とする; c)前記封入組成物を完全ストリームとして前記急冷用液体に注入する;そし て d)前記封入組成物を液滴へと分裂させ、そして前記急冷用液体を凝固させて マイクロカプセルを形成する; ことを含んで成る方法。 2.前記急冷用液体が前記活性成分にとって弱い溶媒である、請求項1記載の 方法。 3.前記マイクロカプセルの外面に一体化すべき追加の成分を前記急冷用液体 の中に分散又は溶解させる、請求項1記載の方法。 4.前記急冷用液体が、中に分散又は溶解されたアンチブロッキング材料を有 する、請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記急冷用液体が、中に分散又は溶解された着色付与材料を有する、請求 項1記載の方法。 6.前記着色付与材料が染料である、請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記活性成分が水溶性である、請求項1記載の方法。 8.前記活性成分がビタミンCである、請求項1記載の方法。 9.前記活性成分がアスパルタミンである、請求項1記載の方法。 10.前記活性成分が磨砕助材である、請求項1記載の方法。 11.前記活性成分が触媒である、請求項1記載の方法。 12.前記固形マトリックス成形用材料がポリエチレンである、請求項1記載の 方法。 13.前記固形マトリックス成形用材料がビーズワックスである、請求項1記載 の方法。 14.前記固形マトリックス成形用材料がカルヌバワックスである、請求項1記 載の方法。 15.前記固形マトリックス成形用材料が拡散改質増量材を更に含んで成る、請 求項1記載の方法。 16.前記急冷用液体がパーフルオロカーボンである、請求項1記載の方法。 17.e)前記マイクロカプセルを加熱して前記固形マトリックス成形用材料を 軟化させる、そして f)前記マイクロカプセルを、マイクロカプセルの外面において一体化すべき 追加の成分が中に分散又は溶解されている第二急冷用液体の中に入れる、 ことを更に含んで成る、請求項3記載の方法。 18.請求項1記載の方法に従って作られたマイクロカプセル。
