Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ほぼ角錐台状又は円錐台状の形状を有するチップ(1)、特にスローアウェ イチップであって、ほぼ平らな底面(2)と、底面(2)から間隔を置いて位置 する平らな又は組織化された上面(3)と、底面(2)と上面(3)との間で延 びる側壁(4)とが設けられていて、該側壁が、少なくとも側壁(4)と上面( 3)との交線に沿って延びる区分において、上面(3)と協働して切刃(9)を 形成しており、更に、少なくとも側壁(4)の前記区分において、側壁(4)内 に引込み区分(13)が設けられていて、該引込み区分が、少なくともほぼ切刃 (9)の経過に従って延びていてかつ切刃(9)を起点として少なくともほぼ切 刃輸郭に従って延びる条片(17)を形成していて、該条片が前記区分において 底面(2)の方向に延びる側壁範囲に対して隆起していてかつ側壁(4)と同じ 方向に向いた条片の面がチップの逃げ面を形成していることを特徴とする、チッ プ。 2.引込み区分(13)が切刃(9)に対してほぼ平行に延びている、請求項1 記載のチップ。 3.引込み区分が移行面(13)を有していて、該移行面が逃げ面(15)を底 面(2)に隣接する側壁範囲(11)に接続していて、かつ、移行面(13) が底面(2)に対してほぼ平行に延びている、請求項1記載のチップ。 4.引込み区分が移行面(13)を有していて、該移行面が逃げ面(15)を底 面(2)に隣接する側壁範囲(11)に接続していて、かつ、移行面(13)が 底面(2)に対して傾斜して延びている、請求項1記載のチップ。 5.引込み区分が移行面(13)を有していて、該移行面が逃げ面(15)を底 面(2)に隣接する側壁範囲(11)に接続していて、かつ、移行面(13)が 非直線的に形成されている、請求項1記載のチップ。 6.切刃(9)に対して垂直方向で測定した逃げ面(15)の幅が、同じ方向で 測定した許容摩耗マークの大きさにほぼ等しい、請求項1記載のチップ。 7.逃げ面(15)の幅が0.05mm乃至1.0mmである、請求項6記載の チップ。 8.引込み区分(13)の深さが、引込み区分なしに構成されたチップの上面に おいて測定した、耐用寿命の終わりに生ずる切刃(9)のずれと少なくとも同じ 大きさである、請求項1記載のチップ。 9.引込み区分(13)の深さが、0.02mm乃至1.5mm、有利には0. 03mmと0.5mm乃至0.9mmとの間である、請求項6記載のチップ。 10.条片(17)が少なくともほぼ完全に側壁に沿っ てチップを巡って案内されている、請求項1記載のチップ。 11.チップが三角形のチップ又はこれよりも多角のチップとして形成されていて 、該チップの副切刃にコーナが形成されており、副切刃にも条片(17)を規定 する引込み区分(13)が形成されている、請求項1記載のチップ。 12.逃げ面(15)と底面(2)とが成す角度が、前記区分で引込み区分と側壁 とが成す角度よりも90°に近くひいては底面(2)と底面(2)及び引込み区 分(13)の間に位置する面範囲との間で測定した角度よりも小さい、請求項1 記載のチップ。 13.条片(17)の逃げ面(15)の逃げ角が0′である、請求項1記載のチッ プ。 14.条片(17)の逃げ面(15)の逃げ角が0′より大きい、請求項1記載の チップ。 15.条片(17)の逃げ面(15)の逃げ角がマイナスである、請求項1記載の チップ。 16.底面(2)と底面(2)及び引込み区分(13)の間に位置する面範囲との 間で測定した角度が側壁(4)の一区分に沿って変化している、請求項1記載の チップ。
