からエア等の圧力流体を吹き付けつつ、吸引源3により
圧力流体の吹き付けによりたたき出された異物を吸引す
る。吸引装置2は、図2に示すようなリング体5の内周
面に複数のノズル6とこれらノズル6の間に形成された
スリット7を有している。吸引源3を作動させることに
よりスリット7からペンシリング部1Bの周囲のエアと
異物を吸い込む。また、圧力供給源4を作動させること
によりノズル6からエア等の圧力流体をペンシリング部
