通ることができるようにしてある。通孔3の出口には、
全周リング状にノズル4を設ける。ノズル4は、圧縮空
気を通孔3の中心に向けて円錐面状に斜めに吹付けるよ
うにしてある。そして、ノズル4の先端側は、外側に拡
げた拡開面5を設けてある。ノズル4の内側には、洗浄
体1の外側に通じる連結口6を設けてあり、圧縮空気ホ
ース(他の管路でも本発明は構成し得る)を連結する。
圧縮空気は、工業用圧縮空気で、500〜800Kpaの
ものでよい。なお、本発明の洗浄用気体は圧縮空気の
他、窒素等の気体等種々の気体も使用し得る。洗浄体1
の前後には、図3に示すホーク受け台7を取付け、丸棒
材2と通孔3の芯合せをして、丸棒材2を通孔3に送り
出す。送りスピードは、研摩材の送りスピードが3〜4
m/minであるので、研摩材の送りスピードに合せるよ
うにすればよい。

組合せるようにしてあって、中央に横に丸棒材2を通す
通孔3を設けてある。通孔3は、内径を丸棒材2の外径
より1mmほど大きくしてあって、丸棒材2がスムースに
通ることができるようにしてある。通孔3の口には、
全周リング状にノズル4を設ける。ノズル4は、圧縮空
気を通孔3の中心に向けて円錐面状に斜めに吹付けるよ
うにしてある。そして、ノズル4の先端側は、外側に拡
げた拡開面5を設けてある。ノズル4の内側には、洗浄
体1の外側に通じる連結口6を設けてあり、圧縮空気ホ
ース(他の管路でも本発明は構成し得る)を連結する。
圧縮空気は、工業用圧縮空気で、500〜800Kpaの
ものでよい。なお、本発明の洗浄用気体は圧縮空気の
他、窒素等の気体等種々の気体も使用し得る。洗浄体1
の前後には、図3に示すホーク受け台7を取付け、丸棒
材2と通孔3の芯合せをして、丸棒材2を通孔3に送り
出す。送りスピードは、研摩材の送りスピードが3〜4
m/minであるので、研摩材の送りスピードに合せるよ
うにすればよい。
