Therefore, when a plurality of samples are handled in the workbench, particles generated from each sample may adhere to other samples, resulting in cross contamination.

Change and flow toward the front and rear suction ports.
Ideally, this airflow should flow evenly to the front and rear suction ports, but in reality, a large amount flows to either side due to the difference in the suction pressure at the front and rear suction ports. The direction may be reversed due to pressure fluctuations. Therefore, when a plurality of samples are placed on the work surface, particles generated when one sample is handled may adhere to other samples on the leeward side to cause cross contamination. Further, since dust generated by an operator or the like during the work is carried along with the airflow flowing along the work surface, there is a problem that a considerable part of the leeward side of the work position is contaminated.

Since the air circulation means communicates with the exhaust duct via the chamber portion and the exhaust filter, the suction wind speed of each portion of the air circulation means can be kept substantially constant, and a stable air curtain can be formed. The work surface is formed on the bottom of the work chamber in a substantially flat shape, and the air circulation means has an opening formed at a position rising from the work surface, so that even if contaminants spill on the work surface, it can be easily cleaned. Since it can be formed and does not remain, contamination can be prevented and contaminants can be prevented from entering the opening of the air circulation means. As a result, in the present invention, it is possible to effectively prevent the movement of the contaminants between the respective compartments in the work chamber, and effectively prevent the cross contamination.

And the opening 10 is formed by a plurality of holes as shown in FIG. When handling a liquid sample in the clean room 1, the working surface 9 is formed to be lower than the air inlets 8a and 8b as shown in FIG. 1, and the opening 10 is formed as shown in FIG. If a rising edge 9a is formed around the work surface, even if the sample spills on the work surface 9, it remains on the work surface 9 so that it can be wiped off, and diffusion of contamination to other parts can be minimized. . Sliding vertically on the front side of the clean room 1,
An opening / closing door 7 for separating the clean room 1 and the outside world 50 is provided. The air suction port 8a provided below the opening / closing door 7 not only sucks the air in the clean room 1, but also sucks the outside air from the opening surface 2 when the opening / closing door 7 is opened, so that the air curtain is opened. To prevent contaminants in the external environment 50 from entering the clean room 1. The air sucked from the air suction ports 8a, 8b and the opening 10 is cleaned by the exhaust filter 6, and then, via the duct portion 12 provided on the back side of the cleaning chamber 1,
It is sucked by a blower (not shown) and discharged to the outside.
