2. Description of the Related Art In order to emphasize a wood grain pattern and make wood grain stand out, it has been practiced to reverse the shade of the summer wood part and the autumn wood part of the wood grain. The wood grain that appears on the cut surface of the wood is visible when the summer wood has a light color and the autumn wood has a dark color, but unless the difference in shade between the summer wood and the autumn wood is clear, the wood grain is not clear. The pattern does not appear clearly. Therefore, a coloring agent is applied to the surface of the cut surface of the wood to reverse the shade of the summer wood part and the autumn wood part to emphasize the wood pattern. That is, the colorant is hard to penetrate into the dense and hard autumn wood part, which is difficult to be colored, but the colorant easily penetrates into the rough and soft summer wood part, and is easily colored.
As a result, it is possible to make the summer wood part darker and the autumn wood part lighter to reverse the shades of the summer wood part and the autumn wood part, thereby emphasizing the wood grain pattern and making the wood grain stand out.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples. As the woody material 1, a board or a timber having a wood grain on its surface as shown in FIG. 2 (a) is used, and its cross section is summer wood as shown in FIG. 1 (a). The wood grain is formed by the alternate existence of the parts 2 and the autumn wood parts 3. The summer wood part (spring wood part) 2 is a part that grows from spring to summer in one year, and since this part grows fast, the tissue is coarse and soft, and generally has a light color. The autumn wood part 3 is a part that grows from the summer to the fall of the year, and since this part grows slowly, the structure is dense and hard, and generally shows a darker color than the summer wood part 2. There is. In the present invention, it is suitable to use a coniferous wood material having an unclear grain as the wood material 1.

First, the surface of the wood material 1 is polished by sanding or the like, and then floated. The floating process can be performed by passing the wood material 1 through a brushing machine formed by a roll brush 8 such as a metal brush as shown in FIG. 3, and the surface of the wood material 1 is brushed by the roll brush 8. When polished, the surface of the summer material portion 2 having a rough and soft texture is largely shaved to form a concave portion 2a, but the surface of the autumn material portion 3 having a dense and hard texture is not shaved much to become a convex portion 3a, as shown in FIG. 1 (b). It can be floated on such an uneven surface.

After the surface of the wood material 1 is subjected to the floating process as described above, the colorant 4 is applied to the surface of the wood material 1 as shown in FIG. 1 (c). As the colorant 4, a liquid material in which a pigment or a dye is mixed with a liquid binder can be used. While the colorant 4 is not dried after being applied with the colorant 4, the wood material 1 is reverse-rolled or the like. The coloring agent 4 applied to the surface of the wood-based material 1 is scraped through the above, and then the coloring agent 4 is dried. Here, as shown in FIG. 1D, the scraping action strongly acts on the surface of the autumn material portion 3 that becomes the convex portion 3a, and a large amount of the coloring agent 4 is removed from the surface of the autumn material portion 3, and the autumn material portion is removed. Although the coloring agent 4 is not much left on the surface of the summer material 3, the surface of the summer material portion 2 which becomes the recess 2a is not scratched so much and the colorant 4 is not removed much from the surface of the summer material portion 2 Will remain. Therefore, the summer material portion 2 is deeply colored with the coloring agent 4, and the autumn material portion 3 is lightly colored to the extent that the coloring agent 4 remains slightly, and the summer material portion 2 and the autumn material portion 3 are reversed by coloring. It is possible to make clear the difference in light and shade, and to sufficiently improve the grain.

After that, the wood material 1 can be finished by painting. In this embodiment, the colorant 4 is scraped off from the surface of the wood material 1 and dried as described above, and then the surface of the wood material 1 is removed. Polish by sanding. When the polishing process is performed in this manner, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), the polishing action strongly acts on the surface of the autumn material portion 3 that becomes the projection 3a, and the coloring agent 4 is removed from the surface of the autumn material portion 3 to cause autumn. Although the background of the material portion 3 can be exposed, it does not act much on the summer material portion 2 which becomes the recess 2a. Therefore, by coloring, the difference in shade between the summer wood part 2 and the autumn wood part 3 which has been reversed can be made more clear, and the wood grain can be made more distinct.

In this way, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the shades of the summer wood portion 2 and the autumn wood portion 3 are reversed to make the wood stand,
It can be finished by applying each of the undercoat, middle coat and top coat. Here, in the softwood material, the autumn material portion 3 exposed as the protrusions 3a has a large amount of resin, and it is difficult for the ordinary UV paint to adhere the coating material.
A large amount of the colorant 4 remains on the surface of a to form a layer of the colorant 4, and the adhesion of the paint is deteriorated. For this,
About 1 to 20% by weight of isocyanate is added to the colorant 4 prepared in the pigment type, and UV paint containing about 1 to 20% by weight of isocyanate is used as an undercoat paint. 5 to 3.0 g / measure
After applying a coating amount of 2 and UV-drying to perform undercoating, apply an intermediate coating with a UV coating containing an anti-friction agent and finish with an overcoating to enhance the adhesion of the coating film. Preferably. By the way, if coating is performed without adding isocyanate, the adhesion of the coating film is tested by a cross-cut test, and it is 0/100 to 90/10.
Although 0 is a failure, 100/100 is a success when isocyanate is added as described above.

As described above, according to the present invention, by polishing the surface of the wood material, the floating process is performed so that the summer wood part becomes concave and the autumn wood part becomes convex, and then this floating process. After applying the colorant to the surface of the wood, the colorant was scraped from the surface of the wood, so the scraping strongly acts on the surface of the autumn wood that is convex and coloring from the surface of the wood. A lot of the agent is removed and the surface of the summer wood part, which becomes concave, does not work much, and a large amount of colorant remains on the surface of the summer wood part, and the summer wood part is deeply colored with the colorant, In the autumn wood part, the coloring with the coloring agent becomes thin, and the difference in shade between the summer wood part and the autumn wood part which is reversed can be made clear by the coloring, and the grain can be sufficiently made.

Further, after the above treatment, the surface of the wood material is ground. Therefore, the surface of the convex autumn wood portion is strongly subjected to the grinding action to remove a large amount of the coloring agent to remove the autumn wood portion. The surface of the summer wood part, which can expose the ground and is concave, is not much affected by grinding and a large amount of coloring agent remains, and the difference in shade between the summer wood part and the autumn wood part due to coloring is reversed. Can be made clearer.
