For this reason, various studies have been conducted on methods of making materials similar to precious wood by using such common inexpensive materials and subjecting them to some kind of processing.

Decorative boards are known in which the hard summer wood is processed into an uneven surface that follows the wood grain pattern as convex parts, and then the concave parts are painted with the color of the spring wood and the convex parts are painted with the color of the summer wood. .

The reason for this is that the width of the spring wood part and summer wood part of the grain of the board is significantly wider than that of the straight grain, so if you paint the spring wood part color and the summer wood part color respectively, the contrast will be strong, Not only does it end up being monotonous, but the boundaries between the colored parts of the spring wood and the colored parts of the summer wood are too clear.

。This invention is an attempt to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result of intensive research, the present inventor has found that in natural wood, at the boundary between the summer wood and spring wood, one is under the other. Since the structure is such that it sinks into J5, the color tone change is gradual, resulting in so-called blurring. The present invention was completed by discovering that a decorative board with an appearance similar to natural wood could be obtained by applying a colored coating to prevent the formation of wood.

Therefore, tree species having relatively different densities, such as softwood materials such as cedar, pine, Japanese pine, Japanese cedar, and Japanese toga, can be suitably used.

), processing the spring material part (3) to become the fourth part (4) can be done most simply by brushing and grinding the surface with a roll-shaped metal brush or nylon brush. The surface is not limited to this, but may be formed into an uneven surface by, for example, blasting by spraying an abrasive material, or pressing by compressing the wood through an elastic body and causing the soft spring material to cave in. The desired effect can be expected by forming the fourth part (4) to a depth of 0.1 to 0.5 mm as a VI mark.

The width of the summer wood part of the grain varies considerably depending on the tree species, the individual logs, and the cutting method, so it must be determined based on the average grain condition of the decorative base board used. In general, if the width of the summer wood is narrow, so-called bamboo-grained wood, it is better to use two steps, and if the wood is coarse, it is better to use about four steps. Although it is not possible to make a general statement because it is related to the amount, it is preferable to make the difference very small when it is painted, as this will result in a smooth color tone change at each stage. There is no particular limitation on the width of each unit coating layer (9a> (9b) (9c) in the summer wood color coating layer (9), and even if the stepwise change width of the coating layer width is equal intervals, , may be irregularly spaced. Also, the above J:
Unit coating layer (9a) (9b) (!lc) (D) The formation of the portion in which the coating layer width is changed in stages does not necessarily have to be formed on the entire decorative board, but at least on the grain of the board. It is sufficient that it is formed only in the main part.

There is no need to call it narrow width. To cover the entire area, apply multiple coats, and finally apply unit coats toward the top (9a> (9b)
It is sufficient that the overlap of < 9c) increases, thereby making it appear darker, and that it has a predetermined summerwood color.

A roll coater, a gravure offset printing machine, etc. can be used, and J: Rimeru coating can be applied by adjusting the rubber hardness, printing pressure, and coating amount. Specifically, when applying the summer wood color coating layer (9) in two stages, the top and slopes are first painted with a rubber roll with a rubber hardness of 60 to 70 degrees, and then the top and slopes are painted with a rubber roll with a rubber hardness of 80 to 90 degrees. For example, if it is a floor material, it should have a certain level of smoothness, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance. The surface shall be finished smooth. In addition, when used as a wall material, surface smoothness is not particularly required. ず、生地を生したものとすることができる。The effects of this invention are as follows. First of all, since the original spring wood color coating layer is applied to the four parts of the decorative base board that consist of the spring wood parts, it is possible to hide the defects that often occur in the spring wood parts to a certain extent, and it is also possible to have a wide variety of colors available for products. This eliminates the need for lot sorting and lot sales based on different colors. In addition, the summer wood color coating layer, which is applied from the slope to the top of the convex part of the summer wood part of the decorative base board, becomes warmer as it goes toward the top. Since it is applied to the wood, if you look away, you can see that the color is changing seamlessly at the boundary between the spring wood and summer wood, and this looks like a blur similar to natural wood. This eliminates the disadvantages of conventional methods of coloring the wood grain, which can be monotonous or have too clear boundaries, making it look like two-color printing, and even with wide grains, it can be applied to natural wood grains. It is now possible to create a similar color change. Furthermore, considering the relative relationship between the color of the spring wood and the color of the summer wood, the summer wood can be made into any dark color, increasing the contrast between them and making the wood grain similar to that of high-quality precious wood. The clear, deep, and beautiful appearance can be identified as the right one. Moreover, even though both the spring and summer wood parts are colored and painted, transparent or semi-transparent paint is used to prevent defects in the wood fabric and changes in color, especially The color of the summer wood part can be seen through the sloping part to some extent, and the beautiful luster of the wood is not lost, making it possible to make the material look natural.

Furthermore, since the decorative original board is textured by processes such as brushing, even if it appears to be the same color tone, complex shading is formed due to the minute unevenness, and furthermore, :Since the coating takes advantage of the sea urchin fabric, the product of the present invention is
It has subtle changes that cannot be obtained with printed plywood or simply painted rough board, and can exhibit a beautiful appearance that closely resembles natural precious wood.

を特徴とする木質化粧板。[Scope of Claims] A decorative original board is processed so that the summer wood part of the wood grain is a convex part and the spring wood part is four parts. A color coating layer is applied to the convex portion, and a plurality of summer wood color coating layers are applied to the convex portion from the slopes on both sides to the top using transparent, bright or translucent summer wood color paint. The coating layer is formed by overlapping the coating layers, and the coating layer is formed in stages at the side edges of the convex portion so that the summer coating color becomes darker as it goes from the slope to the top. A wood decorative board characterized in that the coating width of the unit coating layer is varied in a manner similar to -C.
