Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.連結手段(4)と一体となった移動マグネット(3)がその内部で移動する エアーギャップを形作る固定子(1)を備え、さらにエアーギャップ(10)内 の誘導の変化を測定するホールプローブ(12)を備えた位置センサにおいて、 固定子(1)は第1静止部及び第2部(2)を有し、該二つの部分は、その間に 移動部材の少なくとも一部分が移動するエアーギャップ(5)を形作り、該移動 部材は、移動領域内において実質的に直線的な消磁特性及び空気に近い可逆透磁 率を示す材料からできており、交差(transversalement)磁化 された少なくとも2つの薄い部分を有し、静止部は、移動部材が移動する主エア ーギャップ(5)にほぼ垂直な少なくとも二つの副エアーギャツプ(10)、( 11)を形作り、ホールプローブ(12)は副エアーギャップ(10)、(11 )の一つに収納されることを特徴とするもの。 2.請求項1の位置センサにおいて、 移動部材が、互い違いに交差(transversalement)磁化された 、少なくとも2つの隣接する薄い部分を有するもの。 3.請求項1又は2の位置センサにおいて、Lを磁極の長さとし、Eを主エアー ギャップ(5)の幅としたときに、L/E比が3より大きいもの。 4.前記請求項のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、固定子(1)が、第1静止部 (1)及び移動部材の磁化部(3)と一体化された第二部(2)を有しているも の。 5.請求項1から4のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、 固定子が同軸の二つのリングを有しており、外側のリングは少なくとも放射状の エアーギャップ(10)(11)を備え、そのエアーギャップの一方の中にホー ルプローブ(12)が配置され、移動部材は放射状に磁化された環状のマグネッ トを有し、該マグネットは前記固定子リングと同心で、対称軸の周りを回転し、 移動部材の移動が中間位置の両端上において、C/2となるもの。ここで、中間 位置とはその位置において前記移動部材の2つの磁化部の間の推移領域が、ホー ルプローブ(12)が収納されている放射状の副エアーギャップ(10)の対称 面(17)に垂直な面に入るような位置であり、Cはπよりわずかに小さいもの である。 6.前記請求項のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、L/E比が6より大きいもの 。 7.請求項1から4のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、 移動部材が、それぞれ約πを越える範囲に設けられた交差磁化された二つの磁性 体部を有する薄いディスクを有し、固定子が、一方にホールプローブ(12)が 収納された二つの放射状の副エアーギャップを形作る第1静止部と、円盤状の軟 材を有する第2部とを有しているもの。 8.前記請求項のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、エアーギャップが、移動部材 と静止固定子部との間に位置するスラストボールベアリング(20)により形作 られるもの。 9.請求項5又は7の位置センサのおいて、直径上で反対側にある放射状の副エ アーギャップに収納された2つのホールプローブを備えたもの。 10.請求項1から4のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、 固定子が3つの固定子極(24,25,26)を形成する静止部と移動部材が直 線的に移動するエアーギャップ(5)を形成する第2固定子部(27)とを有し ているもの。 11.前記請求項のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、磁束の時間的変化を検出す る検出コイル(13)または(34)が、副エアーギャップ(11)または(3 2)のいずれかに収納されているもの。 12.前記請求項のいずれかの位置センサにおいて、静止固定子部が、さらに温 度プローブのための収納部を備えているもの。
