圧回路を具備するタイマ装置。 (2) 前記比較器は、前記降圧回路の出力電圧を
抵抗分割して基準電圧とする分圧回路を有し、前
記充・放電回路は、前記降圧回路から充電抵抗を
介して供給される電流により充電されるコンデン
サを有しており、このコンデンサの端子電圧を前
記比較回路の比較電圧とすることを特徴とする請
求項１記載のタイマ装置。 (3) 前記降圧回路は、コレクタが前記電源に、
